        I have recently used Phil Corns to help me with a set of drawings for a home based office that required Planning Permission. Phil got back to me very quickly, understood my requirements and visited with a day or so. He put together a fantastic set of drawings of the floor plan, my property, the detailed design and all the elevations. These were delivered to me in person and sent to the council. I would highly recommend Phils professional services and very reasonable pricing.
