We have been in for a year and still have snags that have not been completed!
Also, damage caused by contractors employed by Jones Homes when building houses behind us has not been rectified. Instead, they have let themselves onto our property without informing us to 'fix the issue', leaving a mess and not even fixing it.
Communication is so poor from anyone at Jones Homes.
Copious emails, phone calls and promises that everything will get sorted.
So disappointed with the aftercare from buying a house here. Once they have your money the just don't care!
