        Lovely show house, shame gardens are so small. Have to say sales person on our last visit was less than interested in us spending 400k. Also the 150 annual payment for the upkeep of the public area!! On top of the council tax!! When I asked why the council were not adopting the public areas, I was told a private company would take payment and maintain them! I wonder how long it will be 150 a year seems new owners are signing up to this payment for LIFE too, so be careful. Sorry Redrow, but its a two from me.
