    Initial my experience was pretty decent. I rented a van, the lady was pleasant and no real issue. On return I was served by a male (RJ) who I found rude. After returning the van I realised I had left my phone holder in the van, when I called the office the same guy said he noticed that I had left it but made no attempt to contact me and let me know. Fair enough my mistake. The next day I realised I had been double charged for the van and desposit. An extra 279. I called and received pretty poor service from the guy I returned the van to. He was pretty unhelpful and appeared to have an attitude. He tried to convince me that they had no way of checking the system (i knew this wasn't true) and that I needed to send a bank statement to them. I wasn't willing to do this as I don't see why I needed to share all my personal information to them for them to be able to rectify their mistake. Furthermore I wouldn't be able to send a statement until the end of the month After back and forth he finally said to leave it with him and he will see what he could do. He said he would get back to me but he didn't. I called again the next day for an update. He said they couldn't locate the transaction yet and needed more time. I spoke to him on the Thursday and was told he would call me back in 5 minutes, but I didn't receive a call back until the following Tuesday. I tried to call him multiple times during this time but was unable to get through to anyone. When I finally got through to him on Tuesday he said they had found the transaction and could either do a bank transfer or a refund if I came to their location. I opted for the bank transfer. I didn't hear anything from them for a week and struggled to get through to them every time I tried. I finally got through to them the following Monday (two weeks after my initial overcharge) a lady confirmed that the accounts team processed the refund yesterday (Sunday) I finally received my refund a week after this meaning it took a total of 3 weeks for them to rectify the issue. Its not a small amount and the impact it could have of someone's finances is unacceptable. The lack of call backs, rude staff, lack of urgency and eagerness to rectify the issue leaves me with no choice but to give this company one star. Although slightly cheaper than other local van companies I think it would be worthwhile to pay the extra 10 to avoid the unnecessary hassle.

    100% Recommended 6/5 Stars always used to use s&j but I needed a van and they was all out of stock so I thought I would try this place, booked online and went down the day after, unfortunately didn't have the van booked but was able to sort me out a van there and then and was cheaper than my original booking! paid my money and used the van and returned few weeks passed and still no deposit back so got in contact and was sorted there and then, money was back in my bank in less than 24hrs, Brilliant customer service. great company to use, great people and great service, highly recommended and will 100% be using them again
