I agree with most the comments the customer service is very bad and the few times I've been here they've not been able to do what I needed compared with the one in rainham town centre where they go above and beyond helping you

Extremely rude and refused to do my government energy top up claiming they had no money yet I can see by other comments people are having the same problem being refused. The shop is grubby and in need of a good clean I certainly will never visit this establishment again.

Shocking service! Claim the electric and gas top up machine doesn't work for over 4 weeks and told to go to a main post office to have the government top up added. Not a problem for someone with a car but am considering the elderly or infirm that have to go 3 miles on the bus! Not the first time this has happened and staff are rather rude and unhelpful

Staff not properly trained, only answer youll receive here is to go to another branch. Otherwise, I suspect you can receive only basic services, like stamps, envelopes and send mail.
