Had a great manicure and pedicure course so booked onto uv gel nails for today, however my 9 yr old autistic son was sick in the night and can't go to school today, have had to cancel my uv gel nails only to be told because there was less than 24hr notice I have lost the money (some 118 which for a mother who doesn't work is a LOT of money). How could I give 24 hr notice when my child was not ill 24 hrs ago!!!!! Disgraceful and has left a rather bitter taste in my mouth for this company. What a shame. The lack of compassion for situations you have no control over is disgusting. I have been penalised for my son being ill. Very bad and I will make sure everyone I ever talk to along my beauty journey is aware of this. Thanks UK beauty School for adding even more stress to my already very stressful day. Top marks on that one.

I would like to take the time to say Amy my tutor was absolutely amazing! She is such a great teacher and I enjoyed every minute of her classes! She was patient, kind, welcoming and took her time to ensure I understood. She answered all my questions in detail even when I would think Im asking a silly question she would make me feel at ease! She is great! & I cant wait to book my next course with UK Beauty Schools! Thank you so much

Brilliant teaching, always happy to assist with any queries to do with the course of even to help you along the way of how to start up your business. Lessons are very interactive and everyone wants to be there and learn which makes its a very comfortable and encouraging environment.
