However, once our bathroom was finished we went back to the store to return the spare tiles as agreed (which corresponds to around a quarter of the tiles initially bought!) but they refused to take them back saying that the charge to return the tiles corresponds to the values of the tiles.
We should never have trusted them. There is no T&C provided so they can say what they want to sell more!
