Took just over two months, from first viewing of property to mortgage application and picking up the keys. this is by far the quickest I have experienced Dan and Margaret were amazing, very helpful and always on hand. Mortgage was arranged through WHB and Dan was excellent, and managed the process to completion really well. Thanks Margaret for all your time and effort. I would highly recommend.

Bought my first place from William H Brown (rainham branch) they have been great. Dealt with Margaret who has been amazing throughout the process. She helped me find my dream property after years of looking and with a tough market during the SDLT break she would always update me before a property was coming live and get me in asap. the whole process was so seamless and she got me over the line to completion so smoothly.
