T D M Dry Cleaners

Tried to bring items here on several occasions. In fact, I've tried 4 times in just over a week. I walked with my toddler all the way here, just to find a they're closed with a note on the door "back at 1.30". This was at 12.06pm. I thought maybe they were shut for lunch, even though that seems like a really long time for a lunch break. I couldn't make my toddler wait all that time, so we left it and tried again. Surprised to find they're shut across the whole weekend. Thought they'd at least be open in a Saturday, even if half day. Anyway, tried again today. Got there at 11.50am (thinking they shut at noon like last time).. Closed again with the same note on the door! This was my 4th attempt. I gave up and drove down the road to one in Dagenham. They were open. Sooner spend my money there. Disappointed really as I always try and support local and family businesses.

Shocking !!!!!!!! Brand new dress ruined terrible stitching looks like a child has done it . Cut too short the lining is now hanging below the hem .. wish I had read the reviews before I went AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES RUINED

We've used this dry cleaners for as long as I can remember, my husband takes his suits there regularly and his family all use the same one too. We've always been pleased, however this time has been a nightmare. The hours on Google are incorrect and neither the phone number on Google, the shop front or the receipt work which meant collection was extremely difficult and actually attempted 5 times. On one occasion waited more than half hour and actually turns out they don't open on that day at all. When we finally collected was told the hours on Google are totally wrong but they don't know how to change them and they no longer have a phone number! No apology or concern. We'll now be finding a new drycleaner!

Brilliant service, Im very close to the business owner but regardless to that I have never had a bad experience in this shop I have had multiple different things dry cleaned or altered made of all different varieties of materials and I have yet to had anything be ruined,not altered well or not dry cleaned well best dry cleaners in rainham possibly even the best dry cleaners I know of. The staff are very cheery and understanding and would have a good go at doing any alterations or dry cleaning for you,also do it for a fantastic price. The business owner Tracy Morrison is very cheery and smiley and would always be up for having a good conversation with you, she tries very hard with everything she does in the shop and does it in a reasonable amount of time.very good service 10/10 Service: Alterations

Terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Staff were very unhelpful after nearly destroying a luxury clothing item of mine. Additionally, the item was not ready at the supposed date and upon collection I discovered stains that were previously not there. Staff took no accountability for this and instead tried to place blame on me. Furthermore used lines such as its not like weve lost your item and were doing you a favour when its a paid service that was in fact a complete disservice. They dont even use a press machine as when I went to collect other items, a woman was there ironing my t-shirts with a travel lodge iron - when I voiced this dissatisfaction to the owner she said she is a professional ironer & moving forward do you want everything pressed which is appalling as thats a no brainer - wash & press (with an actual machine is part of the service). This situation spanned across 4 days and in the end they were neither willing to compensate me nor apologetic. I will never return there again & I dont advise anyone to. Overall, a very poor experience. DO NOT RISK IT!
