Rainham Medical Centre

This is my experience with this centre from 2014 to 2017. I was refused registration at this centre even though is nothing else nearer and every other gp told me I have to register here. After making a formal complaint to the NHS in 2015 they have eventually registered me, huffing and puffing. On refusal of any treatment by the old doctor who I believed he has died since, they have lost my medical record. Now I dont know how it works, if is lost or probably they never put me in their system. There is no record of me during these 3 years, not that I care, but poor. I cant say how is there now, luckily I dont live there anymore and my GP is pretty decent.

Probably the most arrogant and vulgar reception staff I have ever come across. There is this one female member of reception staff Chris, she is obnoxiously crude with a lewd personality that is shocking with no regard to being in a healthcare setting. The staff here have no understanding that the people who ring in are patients, we are sick/ill and suffering from an ailment which requires medical attention. You will be met with attitude and abrupness. Please stay clear from this GP surgery, there are several other GPs in the vicinity.
