        Main Doctor rarely there. Reception staff keep changing and today I tried to ring all afternoon/evening...to find out out what's happened to my repeat prescription...answer machine. Went to surgery in person. To be told it's waiting to be signed and they don't answer the phone if there's no doctor on the premises..it's a doctor's surgery for goodness sake...very poorly run

        I called them last week for appointment for my 8 weeks old daughter. They gave us for yesterday and when we arrived there in the morning they said the nurse who gives the vaccine is not there and they cannot give us a new appointment because the system is not working. Also my sister wanted to register in the practice and they refused it. Very poor service. Not recommended at all.

        usually do not have trouble booking appointment with doctor or nurse. Maybe a bit of a wait for appointment. Would give 5 stars if on line patient services was back up and running. I', 83 and find the walk every time I need a repeat tiresome.
