        DO NOT Trust this company!! Scam!! The company name you dealing with is Trivelles International which has assets but when you sign your contract and completion documents, it turn out as Trivelles River House Limited, Trivelles 111 111 Ltd or Trivelles 222 222 Ltd and those shell company has no asset at all. A few years later the company will sell the whole property to another company which within their control but the ex-lease terms they don't have to fulfill !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARM!!!

        The delivery of project good and sales information. Advice received and understanding of different documents could be better but not company who provide this. If I want another hotel room I would buy again as completed in good time.

        Same feeling as others during COVID I watch allot of daily update for UK and understood the restrictions would buy again after pandemic finish. The properties refurbishment are very good. Nice location Gatwick. Sales team good experience
