Said it would take a day to do. Took four days .lost four days work as needed car for work .should of whent to kwik fix . Cost so much money with lost of earnings as well 1800 in total. Should not say be ready when it whont even paid for inspection before work commenced .Will not use this company again and will not recommend them every time you phone all ways on break or day off it was only a little fiesta Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Almost good but. Went in because car wasnt driving well re tracking + geometry. Drove for nearly an hour each way as wanted to go somewhere decent and saw good reviews / equipment here. I reported a knocking at the front end and asked for it to be checked before tracking was done as tracking would be pointless if suspension work was required. I was encouraged to go ahead with the tracking before on the basis that the suspension would be checked on a different ramp afterwards and was told the tracking could be redone for free within two weeks if they found any subsequent issues. Tracking was done but when I asked about the suspension inspection I was told they didnt have time. I now have no way of inspecting the suspension other than taking to a different garage. Overall with waiting time this took up 4.5 hours of my day and I still dont know if there are issues with the car. At this stage it isnt about the money or being offered to come back, it was a total waste of time and I cant get that back. The guy who did the work seemed like a nice guy but that doesnt really help me now. On a minor note I was also told the coffee machine was broken and to go down the road to get one from a cafe but when I got back somehow all the staff had coffees from the machine.
