These are absolutely the best and most authentic pitta Ive ever had outside of Israel and its great that we can get them delivered. Einat, you are a marvel and we look forward to dropping by for hummus and baba ganoush next time we come to Brighton.

We found our way to Mamoosh via their market stall - Pro Tip: you can find them at Shoreham Market (2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, and you'll probably find us there as well); or, according to their website, Lewes on the 1st and 3rd Saturday). The market's great for picking up things like , hummus, baba ganoush and schoug (which I had never heard of, but which turned out to be wonderful). They do the baked goods on the market too, but if you're looking for lunch it's even better to go to the shop in Newhaven - freshly baked and (when we were there) still warm from the oven. But market stall or shop, it's a definite Don't Miss. j
