        The only decent pharmacy on the island at the moment for prescription , short of staff like everywhere these days can't get through on the phone always engaged but only a short walk from my home. The staff are always pleasant despite being rushed all day.

        Disgraceful lack of service, care and professionalism. Blamed Waterside saying no prescription had been issued by them when phoning at 5pm to find out why they still hadn't messaged. On phoning the surgery as they advised l discovered it was sent to Hobbs at 1.10. No apology given, no explanation and no care whatsoever for the inconvenience. Wonder how often they blame the surgery when it's their error, will never use them again!
