I was in the process of buying a caravan form this company. Head Office advised me to contact the Site Manager. He is waiting for delivery of several Delta Sienna caravans , the first one is a replacemwed the next delivered caravan to confirm it was right for us. Manager is leaving but not to worry as old site Manager and Office are aware, they will finalise payment and contract. Head Office Owner/ Manager denies everything and disowns his Manager, makes us feel like liars and cheats, labels me rude and bans us from his sites, no wonder staff are leaving. Judge, Jurry and executioner all in one, I did request an explanation without success. We are pensioners and hoped to enjoy our retirement by the sea at a site we know well. This Company is unaccountable and with only 12 months contracts there best AVOIDED. Reply to unnamed Owner I dont think you read my reveiw, I did all that was required by your rules and the caravans were on site July 2022, I was also on the waiting list. Your character assasination is pitiful and sad, I can only think I touched a raw nerve. My wife and I met your Site Manager who apologised for the way we had been treated. I think your response just clarifies my assessment . Unaccountable best AVOIDED.

Staying in a hired caravan .Lovely and peaceful. And caravan has central heating and double glazing for the chilly nights .Would definitely rebook .

Stayed here for a few days in a hire caravan it was so peaceful and staff were so friendly really enjoyed our stay hopefully we will get back some time as we live in Yorkshire.
