Richard from RJH Surveying is most personable, polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He took us through our survey step by step happy to answer any questions we had and suggested things for us to do that we hadn't thought of. Richard's local knowledge has been invaluable for us and put our minds to rest on several points. Richard kept us in the loop throughout the process, touching base to inform us once he had completed his initial survey and later once he had sent us his full survey. We would definitely be happy to recommend Richard to anyone looking for a surveyor.

Would highly recommend Richard. Survey was very thorough and he called me the same day to talk through his findings. Then followed up within 2 days with a very comprehensive written report including photos.

I have bought and sold 15 properties over the years and Richard is by far the best surveyor I have used. Very customer focused providing a first class service. No problem too small, very knowledgeable and happy to provide impartial advice, which is really reassuring when youre about to purchase your next home.
