The only reason why this place has two stars is location and parking bay. For 200+ a night the house does not come with WiFi. We were asked to only come at 4pm as they needed the extra hour to ensure that the house was deep cleaned. Bear in mind that you have to check out by 10am in the day and was only told about this on the day of check in. Great! So clean sheets, a super clean house to look forward to. Wrong. 1. Bedding such as pillows and blankets were kept in the same cupboard as the vacuum cleaner 2. Clumps of human hair were found in the second bedroom 3. The master bedroom balcony doors leaked, had mould and were dusting away 4. Carpet was dirty 5. Towels provided were stained 6. Bathroom floor was not cleaned properly and had sand 7. No WiFi!! 8. Balcony doors do not seal properly and leaked when raining 8. Charge a premium rate number as the emergency number to call out of office. Dont call back as the phone line is busy dealing with other customers If this was a 100+ a night stay this would have been just about fine. Avoid this place and look elsewhere to stay... even a hotel would have been better.
