Staff very rude!!! Brought a blow up boat which was faulty 30 & had a hole in it went back to ask for a refund! Was told no very rudely because they wont get there money back for it & because I opened the box! He then told me to ring the number on the box which was non existent! Went back and asked and the answer I received was google it! Overpriced store! Most unhelpful staff i have ever encountered! AVOID!

I wouldnt have given 1 star if I had a choice, we are on holiday and purchased an 8 pole windbreaker, we started to erect it an found only 7 poles, we telephoned the retailer and he told us we had to contact the manufacturer as we had already opened the item. On questioning him he got irate and impatient saying he had customers waiting in the shop, even though a lady was serving people. He then put the phone down. I would certainly recommend customers go elsewhere as their customer service is rubbish. I think a call to my credit card company will be next and claim a cash back.
