        I bumped into Rafaels food truck- Simply Hog Roast by accident while visiting a friend in the UK and I am so glad I did! We tried their special- pig in a bun with fried halloumi and perfectly crispie fries as a side. The portion was really generous, looked great and tasted even better. I will surely come back here for some more foods and chats with Rafael.
