The team at TFH were incredibly helpful and very responsive, especially with any questions we had, and with design ideas and colours, and technical help for sending our logo across. Very professional and the gazebo traders pack was everything we needed, delivered promptly, really easy to put up and take down, great quality print, high quality kit. 100% satisfied customers, no complaints, would definitely use again, and would definitely recommend.

We have a TFH gazebo which we are very happy with, but recently it got damaged at an event we attended in the high winds, bending two of the poles. I rang TFH the following day and they could not be more helpful. We were expecting to have to buy a new frame, but after sending some photos of the damaged part they knew exactly what we needed and which parts to send. They arrived very quickly and it took 20 minutes to replace the damaged parts with 4 screws. Amazing service and great to be able to talk to a human being rather than have to email, or online chat. Absolutely shocking experience, they got my next day delivery order wrong which resulted in a 3 day wait, they failed to notify me of their initial error. I had it delivered to my place of work as there would be no one home to receive the gazebo, because they failed to deliver as instructed, I had to make a 50 mile round trip to pick up my gazebo, when it was finally delivered to my workplace on my day off! As you can imagine it was incredibly frustrating, to add insult to injury, when I had requested a refund of my next day delivery they wanted to issue me a 2.50 refund because that was the difference between next day and standard delivery. So they were still expecting me to pay delivery for a service they failed to provide, it wasn't until I threatened to leave a negative review that they have relented and offered to refund the whole delivery cost of 20. I am still currently waiting for this to hit my account. The Gazebo itself is incredibly well built and I would recommend to anyone, unfortunately the gazebo carry case is of poor quality and isn't strong enough for the weight of the gazebo, after only one use, the carry case has holes in its base, where it is unable to withstand being wheeled over terrain. My biggest issue and reason for this review is the poor customer service and unhelpful nature.
