I have ordered various fruits in a number of separate orders now and I can't say that I've been let down once and in fact, they go above and beyond to make sure that your order is fulfilled not just to bare standards but exceptional standards!! I have to say that the customer service is amazing and the deliveries are always perfect. It's a must go for your exotic fruits ;)

I've received my first order from My Exotic Fruit last week and I just had to share my experience, because I was SO incredibly happy with everything I received, these guys have literally been gifted to me (us!) by the universe... Everything in my parcel arrived so fresh and beautifully and carefully packed, I've already gotten a chance to try some of the mangoes as they managed to ripen and they were INCREDIBLE, so much flavour and the most beautiful smell, just like in the tropics, but what I'm happy with in particular, are the Tamarillos! (Long novel ahead, I'm sorry, but it's the excitement ahah) I visited Ecuador recently and tried them for the first time (very hesitantly, because I've NEVER liked tomatoes), but I actually fell in love with them and when I came back to the UK, I was heartbroken, thinking that this was the end of our love story (genuinely wanted to cry!)... I was determined to find them in the UK though, so I started intensively searching for a supplier of tropical fruits and I found these guys! I decided to give them a go, placed my first order and when it arrived, some of the Tamarillos were actually ripe and ready, which is exactly what I hoped for as I couldn't wait ahah and when I tried them... They were absolutely out of this world and tasted exactly like the ones right from the source, back in Ecuador! Again, I apologise for the length of this review, but I just really wanted to share how happy I am that this company exists and the fact that I found them. My Exotic Fruit team... Thank you so so SO much for existing and bringing a little bit of tropics to the concrete jungle, also known as the UK ahah, you have most definitely gotten yourselves a new loyal customer and another order is coming up! :D

Brilliant service fresh exotic fruit delivered to your door within a week of order and they phone you if any is out of stock :)

I ordered a fruit box and was delivered the next, I really appreciated the speedy delivery. One of the items ordered was apparently overripe so I receive an email straight away to make me aware I would receive a refund and the fruit will be replaced by another one. Fruits arrived nicely packaged and were a different levels of ripeness so I didnt have worry about eating them all quickly. Would highly recommend this company.
