JMP Stores have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. We purchased our 15 x 15 Telstar trampoline from them back in 2018, and yet here in 2021 Simon was ready to help us emailing new copy of the user manual and posting a new tool pack as we had mislaid ours and needed to dismantle the trampoline (as we're re-doing our garden). First class service from Simon and JMP Stores Ltd. Highly recommend not just for the amazing trampoline but the follow up service too. Wish all companies were like this!

Fantastic! Ordered a replacement net and mat for a 4 year old model. Replacement arrived within a week and was a perfect fit and reasonably priced. Thanks a bunch as our trampoline is used constantly and is as good as new.

We a bought large trampoline (Tristar) (700) as a Christmas present for the kids. They have used it when they can during the winter months. The spring in the base seems have broken, and dips to the point of being unusable. I have contacted customer services and no response. I have had cheaper trampolines in the past and they have lasted years. The product is poor and disappointed to not had a response from the company. 700 is a lot of money to spend on what was a dream trampoline. So what do we do now? Buy another?.We cannot afford to do that. Very frustrating and to have no response from the company is really bad...surely there a warranty or help they can provide to fix the problem. Buyer beware! in addition to this. The delivery driver just dumped the trampoline in the street refusing to take it up our drive!
