We booked 10 members of our team to do the Fire Warden Training course. This course was for 1 day and carried out at our office, meaning that we did not have to all try and find our way to another location for the training. The training was a good mix of theory and practical. Our training was delivered by John who was fantastically knowledgeable on the subject and we as a group found him engaging. We have all learnt a great deal on this course and have come away with the confidence to use a fire extinguisher should the need ever arise and the understanding of fire safety. The cost of the course is very reasonable, considering we had 10 people on the course, it was in fact an absolute steal and invaluable when it could potentially save lives. I would highly recommend this course to anyone, even if you think you know a lot about fire safety already, its likely you will learn something you did not know before.

I work as a large block property manager in which WFP did the initial install of a fire alarm system to ensure current legislation compliance. Whilst I was not involved in this initial process I have subsequently been dealing with a number of members of the team from Verity & Lisa who are office based, Mark who works in new business and one of the on site technicians Sam. Throughout they have been excellent, information has been provided straight away without fuss or delay, and organising works has been stress free. Verity & Lisa have been great as a main contact in organising everything from the relevant information and staff attendance and has massively helped out by moving her contractors around to allow me to have attendance on the day I urgently required at short notice. I attended site to meet Mark and discuss additional areas we can work on and once again this was quickly arranged and was good to discuss what areas we needed and how this could be completed by the same multi-skilled engineers to save Money, time and ease. and lastly Sam, one of the engineers was attending site for the initial service of the system, I met him on site to discuss the system and Sam was brilliant. He trained the site concierge on how to operate the system, what bits to look out for, how to do the relevant testing to ensure confidence. so far the whole team has been brilliant, and could not be faulted in anyway. I look forward to working again with them in the future. Whilst my experience with them has been brief, so far I can safely say they have been the easiest and most pro-active in all of my dealings with fire/security contractors.
