Shannon is a lovely and welcoming beautician who is always full of enthusiasm and offers a great, sufficient and professional service! I have recently started going to her for my lash treatments and the only word i can describe my results are, is immaculate. Always the best quality and couldnt be happier with my results. Highly recommended and cant thank her enough for her excellent service.

I have been to Shannon for several treatments including lashes, waxing and facials all of which I was extremely happy with. She always takes her time understanding what it is you want and how you want it! She is reliable and very professional. Best in the game !!

Seeing as you are ignoring my messages, I am posting here. I just wanted to say I think its really unfair that you are ignoring me. I completely understand the frustration missed appointments must bring and I really am sorry that I missed mine. It was a genuine accident and had you not of messaged me I would have turned up to my appointment the next day. I think its really rude and unprofessional the way you have dealt with this. Ive never missed an appointment before, nor have I ever been late. However, the last time I came you messaged me an hour before my appointment asking to come an hour late because your sister was running late for her appointment. Another time you cancelled on me because you forgot to order glue and I had to wait a week for your next available appointment. I was understanding of these things and was happy to work around/with you, I didnt complain or stop using your services because Im aware that sometimes these things just happen! You need to realise that it works both ways. Why was it okay for you to cancel and move my appointment yet you dont even have the decency to open my messages. You cant say that youve never made an honest mistake before! At the end of the day you still got paid. The least you could do was acknowledge my messages instead of completely ignoring me. You are not going to get very far in business if you cant even communicate.
