Dan has been fantastic advising me and my partner on the best mortgage option for us to ensure the purchase of our first home within a very restricted timescale. We have also taken out the necessary insurance covers following his advice. During the whole process nothing has been too much for Dan and he has answered all questions we have had and ensured we are happy and have understood everything along the way. Amazing service from start to finish , it was our first time buying a house and had we had no ideal where to start and didnt understand the majority of emails we received from other people / companies regarding buying our house but Dan explained everything so simply for us and was always there to sort stuff out when it was going wrong (like chasing up our slow solicitors when we nearly lost our house due to them) Dan also made sure we got the best Interest rate possible. Will 100% use dan again and cant recommend him enough.
