Bovis rebranded to try and disquise the customer service and quality. A business with no qualms on their reputation who are just after homeowners cash. No respect for the environment, neighbours, local communities and their customers. Do not make good damage to neighbouring properties. Houses are shoddily built. Trustpilot reviews are worth reading for Bovis, Vistry and Linden Homes.

People sometimes give Linden a bad name but these are Probably the Best Linden houses we've seen by Far ! lovely location really well priced. Even the builders were happy

Once Linden Homes have your money, they seem to wash their hands of you The day we moved in we reported five windows scratched and 10 months later, they still havent been replaced and weve had numerous excuses every time we have chased. They have not taken the lead on this at all. We have had to chase them The gas hob wasnt working properly, and we were told we had to report it to the manufacturers. Their assessment was it was how it was fitted. Linden Homes disagreed with this? As expected, we have had settlement cracks however these cracks are, in our opinion, are excessive in quantity and size. However, Linden Homes will not do anything about them unless they are the width of a pound coin. We even have large cracks on the stairs which third-party builders that have been in our home have stated its poor workmanship If I was able to put pictures up, I would attach them for everyone to see the quality We even had a built-in oven that we couldnt use, because it was meant to be for a undercounter not eyelevel. Again, we had to fight to get that changed. Weve had issues with the dishwasher turning itself on and off. Weve had issues with the washing machine despite the high cost of their homes, they provide low-cost appliances, unless you upgrade and pay. Linden Homes customer service after care, not proactive you have to chase them and they never get back to you when they say they will. Even after speaking with shaunagh in customer service and copying Sarah Speerings in on emails they still dont seem to care that we are not happy after spending 635,000 on our home. To say we are disappointed is an understatement think twice before buying a Linden Homes property.
