        After my second session with Sharon at Retreat 4 Yoga Im really impressed. Sharon is clearly passionate in her teaching of all different aspects of yoga. She makes sure her students have understood whats being shown to them explaining everything in detail. Shes friendly, knowledgeable and has a good sense of humour so if your thinking of taking up yoga dont hesitate to go to Retreat 4 Yoga. Take a look at the pics its lovely

        What a peaceful, relaxed and non-judgmental place to practice yoga! Sharon's approach is gentle and informative. I really like that she explains about our physical biology as much as the spiritual aspects of yoga for well grounded instruction. It really feels like a retreat. Thank you Sharon.

        Sharon always makes that 110% effort, that not many would. She goes out of her way to make sure you can get the most out of her yoga lessons, no matter what your physical circumstance* may be. I love going here. Lovely enviroment, non judgemental and always encouraging. Would 100% reccomend her x

        Beautiful studio in a peaceful setting. I chose this place to compliment a class I already attend. I have learnt so much in four sessions, things you dont get chance to learn in larger groups. Sharons knowledge of the body is very informative too. Highly recommended.
