This chemist goes above and beyond their call of duty, I'm so grateful to you for delivering some emergency medication with in 2hours of you opening, especially when we don't have them delivered normally and being a bank holiday weekend too.you have always always provided excellent service and this morning has confirmed my feelings even more.This also includes the gentleman that delivers for you.who probably went out of his way to make sure we got them almost straight away.First Class Service and First Class Staff X when things have settled i will be down with CHOCOLATE, Thanks you to everyone working this morning 22/05/20 that made this gesture possible.

I do have small business on the side (making & selling hand made vape coils), and I usually use this pharmacy as my click&collect point for DPD parcels, never ever before there was an issue with this service, however about 3 weeks ago I had made a really big order of my business materials (value of 350) as I knew that unfortunately I wont be at home for the delivery I had choose the pharmacy for click & collect, when I arrived to collect my parcel lady didnt even went to search fornit she just told me straight away it isnt there, and from there all I heard was excuses how it wasnt their fault, I have picture to proof that the item was delivered to this shop, and after a small argument I have been told that because of their incopotence I do have to sort it out myself with DPD
