Cook Alexia

Had a number of sessions with Alexia who really helped to improve a frozen shoulder. A very knowledgeable, warm and professional practitioner. I felt amazing after each session, just wish I had started treatment much sooner. I would highly recommend Alexia, thank you for all your help.

After almost a year of suffering with back problems I went to see Alecia, and thank god I did. She knew straight away what was wrong with me it wasnt my back. After many visits to doctors and physio appointments I am now almost pain free and only took 2 sessions. I will definitely be visiting again. Cant recommend her enough.

What a godsend. I rang Alexia at extremely short notice after an unfortunate accident. She was (as expected) fully booked, however despite her complete schedule she took pity on my painful state and found some time after the end of her working day to mitigate my symptoms and at least allow me to walk properly again. Would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Alexia Cook is a legend amongst Wakefield rugby players and sportsmen for being able to fix and back, neck or joint pain. I was suffering with back pain and after going to other places for treatment and not getting anywhere, I was advised to go and see an Osteopath. Alexia examined my back and movements and then provided treatment. After the first treatment my back felt better. I went back for an additional session and my back feels fine again.
