OMG This opticians are the best I have ever visited. Me and my family have been coming to D Banks for over 10 years and they have gone above and beyond every visist to make me and my children feel welcome, comfortable, and at ease. The optician herself is amazing along with the team. I have never and will never go else where for my or my families eye health, I have never met a team of staff which are so inclusive and provide a personal experiences. Dont miss out people, get registered with them. They are professional, personal, inclusive, friendly, helpful beyond expectations, and truly delightful.

Lovely, helpful and patient staff. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and friendly, despite me trying on almost every pair in the shop!! Will be back!

I've had my sight checked 8 years back that's why I've visited this opticians and They've gave me appointment in couple of days (with other opticians I've been offered appointment in months). I was very satisfied with services and new glasses are ready in just 4 days (from experience 8 years back with different optician I've waited 2 weeks for new glasses) Can't recommend them enough. 100% satisfied customer :)

I had unusual experience with this place, rather negative. I went there with a friend who wanted me to translate as his english is not the best. He had his new frames with him. Bought them online way cheaper than at opticians; all that he wanted was to get the glasses with frames he had with him. When the lady saw that I was translating and it became clear that English is not his first language she was not nice at all. She said no problem if my friend is able to show her receipt for the frames he had brought with him. So literally she thought that he had stolen these frames. I remained nice as my friend probably did not instantly understand how rude she was towards him by saying that. Yet, we left and I never ever considered going there again. It was quite some time ago and I still find it hard to believe someone adult was able to behave so rude towards the customer while running the business.
