TPS have been my estate agent for a rental property for just over 6 months. They found me an outstanding tenant who has paid upfront for 12 months, has improved the home and really looked after it. Not only that but I got some great advice from Reece and after our chat agreed to sell this property. It was live on Rightmove within 24 hours and within 1 hour I had 2 viewings. Fast forward 24 hours and I now have 7 viewings all booked in and pre-qualified (no time wasters!). Reece then went above and beyond when speaking with the current tenant to offer him reassurance that whilst I was selling the property, he would still be a much-appreciated tenant and Reece reassured him that they would find him a similar property in the same area and that the current tenancy still remained. The tenant was happy, I am happy and hopefully we get a sale in the coming days/weeks. I have sold a couple of houses in the past but the advice, speediness and service from TPS has been outstanding and I would highly recommend TPS to any of my network.
