I was here for around 2 months I would say at first it was going well but , but if your set to work here soon one advice , dont be surprised to be eventually told they dont want u anymore for breaking your back as they dont show any appreciation for the workers , even the one of the managers admitted they want us to become machines just to make em rich , so Yh if you work hard enough they wont need you anymore

Can i take this opportunity to thank Finlays on thier outstanding approach to thier workforces mental health issues, my daughter in law had a terrible time latley which affected her ability to work, but Finlays rather than out her were impeccable in how they dealt with her in every way! All the businesses in and around South elmsall and beyond really do need to take a leaf out of finlays book and follow suit! What an excellent company to work for! Well done!

Ive worked here for 3 years. Coffee doesnt stink it smells of coffee as you would expect. Your expected to work & if you do theres no issues. There a good company with excellent hours no weekends & a very fair rate of pay. I enjoy my job & my collegues are all lovely

worked hear for around 6 month in the warehouse cant say a bad word about the place apart from randomly moving me to coffee what stinks. i then left
