        I called up to order some Disney Frozen (specifically Frozen 2) balloons for my Daughters 3rd birthday. The owner understood exactly what I wanted, and put together a really fabulous balloon display with a few extra balloons of similar colours. She said to call her 1 hour before collection as to make sure the balloon last as long as possible. Its now 20 days later and the main Frozen balloon takes pride of place is my Daughters bedroom. We will certainly be using Blooms and Ballons for future occasions.
