        Absolutely appalling service! Receptionists shouting at me when wanting to sign in for my appointment to then tell me my appointment isnt for today when I know for a fact it was! This is the second time they have messed up my appointment times/days and the first time they finally admitted fault. Why would you think it is acceptable to scream in someones face in front of everyone? Will be putting a complaint in and moving surgeries

        shocking phoned yesterday to get my pain killers they said they have sent it to be done called to day to see if it was ready to be collected waited 30mins on hold for them to tell me i need an appointment to see a dr in a weeks time what a joke think it is time to leave and go else where
