Great service, responsive and organised. Got in touch by 'phone and talked through party arrangements, date etc and what we were after, then were guided through some options on the website. Booked through that and paid on delivery on the day. Booked a small bouncy castle and a large inflatable soft-play area for our daughter's first birthday party. Arrived on time and setup in no time. Came back at time agreed for the pack down. All clean and good quality inflatables. Kids had an amazing time!

Used Chris's castles for our sons 1st birthday, got an indoor castle, and ball pit. Absolutely top class service! Reliable, accommodating to our needs for specific delivery times and went the extra mile on all fronts. Friendly too, thank you!

We booked the inflatable nightclub for my daughter and my husbands birthday party, it was fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout the process the inflatable arrived on time and was set up in no time. My daughter and her friends had a fabulous time during the afternoon then during the evening we had an adults only party for my husbands 40th it was excellent value for money and I would definitely book again and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Had a very bad experience with this company yesterday. They didnt turn up. They said they could not find our house. Unfortunately I had no signal at the time so didnt get their message straight away. After ringing them 5 minutes before the allotted time of delivery I was told that I had missed my time slot. They were also very rude to me. Our house is very easy to find and is clearly named in three locations outside. Four familys who had not visit us before found our house with ease to attend the party. They all used google maps which took them straight to our address. I would not recommend or use again. I would like to add that my partner was at home the entire time waiting for the castle to arrive. Our street only has four houses on it. They could have asked any of our neighbours to direct them to our house. I also gave the bouncy castle team my full postal address which included the name of the house and full post code.
