        turned up Sunday 5th Feb. and it's closed Google says open 10-3. banner outside says open 9-3 closed Wednesday. not a Sunday drove all the way from hull so won't be visiting again. and you need to take your banner down when your closed. was recommended so very disappointed. must be the only tea room closed on a Sunday.

        What a fantastic tearoom this is. You will be surprised by the beautiful decor. Nothing like this anywhere. The staff are fantastic too.

        We went for the Christmas afternoon tea ......It was nothing short of Fabulous . The effort that the owners and staff had put into it was amazing . We all can not wait to go again. A massive thank you to you all .

        Paid 35 for the Christmas party afternoon tea, only to be served with a pack up box with sandwiches so tightly wrapped in cling film it was near impossible to unwrapped. Crammed round tables and very poor savoury box, made me feel I was eating packed lunch on a school trip. Terrible the whole thing
