Millhouse Glamping Pods

We booked a Saturday from 2till Sunday 10.30 so had a good time in and out of hot tub, a bbq really nice night. Up early so could have another relaxing hot tub before we we packed up ready to leave. We were in the tub then only to be told by Mike that he had already been into our area and put chemicals into the hot tub while we were asleep in the pod, so wrong he shouldn't been coming into the area we had rented and we're still using and didn't have to vacate until 10.30 so out of order . When questioned about the use of the hot tub he said you only pay to us it for yesterday being the Saturday. Won't be going again

Don't book until the day before! I booked 6 weeks in advance, and had to cancel my booking a week later due to unforseen circumstances. This was still a month prior to my arrival date. Mike said I could change the date of the booking so I made a new booking for 2 months later. However, I was then informed my 13 year old is too young to stay on site, so I asked if I could just take a refund instead....this is 3 months before the new booking date. I was told absolutely no refunds, under no circumstances (even with 3 months notice). So my advice would be to only book this site the day before you want to go, or choose a real organisation to book glamping through, like booking.com who will refund up to the day before arrival.
