Waiting for a prescription to be delivered that was sent there last Wednesday,despite the pharmacist assuring me it would be with me no later than the next day,this is a week later and Ive been consistently ringing them for over an hour with no reply, took a 5 minute break to make a coffee , rung again, and now constantly engaged,, absolutely terrible service.

This pharmacy is without doubt the worst I've ever had to deal with. They can have a prescription for weeks on end, but when you call to see if its ready, without fail it's never ready. You're always told 'we can have it ready tomorrow" or " when do you need it?" after having the request from the doctors weeks before. The pharmacist, although friendly and polite, seems to be in a constant state of confusion and really unable to cope with the job.

Always very very slow. You can stand at the protective screen for 5 mins while the staff ignore you. I now allow 4+ days for my proscription to arrive and be ready. Terrible service
