        If you want time for yourself in a relaxing environment then this is the place to be. I have been practising yoga with Jan for over ten years and have benefited enormously from her approach. Jan is vastly experienced and is able to tailor make each class depending on your individual need. Her patience and warmth allow total relaxation.
