I was very sick and immobile for over two months they paid me half the agreed amount.
At the time I was unable to fight this as I needed personal care and was bed ridden etc.
The added stress this put upon my recovery was
Inconceivable.
I hope the very rich owners can come down to earth a bit and realise we are your customers.

Useless at replying to emails, sometimes two weeks to reply even just to update you on the claim. The person dealing with my claim wouldnt talk to me on the phone and was on an email only basis.
I definitely will be looking at leaving after my claim has finished. For income protection you want to know that whatever is going on that you will be sorted and your family has some security. Poor customer service in my opinion, hard to get hold of and get any information out of you even when youre making monthly payments into their bank account
Only giving them two stars not one because in previous claims they were better
