        I really don't understand the negative reviews, this company is a lifesaver if you are in the coffee engineering business. Working with them for the last 5 years now, I only received the wrong part once (filter head had push-fit instead of 3/8), probably the reviewer ordered the wrong part and blaming LF for it....

        It's good that you could get almost all parts needed from this company. What i dislike with this company is if the sent you wrong parts, still you have to pay for return postage. That means you pay for their mistakes. I hope the manager reads this and changes their policy.
