James is a fantastic Personal Trainer. He has been keeping me in shape for the last 5 years. In the first 6 months of James working with me I lost 3 stone and felt fantastic. He always makes each session different and fun. I would not hesitate to recommend Hurricane Fitness.

I've been going to James' classes for a couple of years now and having PT's for almost a year. James is great fun and very down to earth making you feel at ease while working hard for the results you want with a smile! Highly recommended.. Go for it!!!

I would just like to say that I never do reviews, but felt I must do this to encourage anyone who is nervous or thinks that you have to be a certain type of person to have personal training sessions , you don't have to be either. I am in my fifties and I started going to the HIT and Boxfit sessions taken by James a year ago which I really enjoyed. After speaking to people who had been training with James and seeing the results that they had achieved I asked James if he would start doing personal training sessions with me. I was really nervous at first as this was really out of my comfort zone. I started doing two thirty minute sessions each week and started seeing results and lost weight. James is fantastic, he really knows his stuff and does a full body analysis and asks you what you want to achieve from the sessions, he also will give you a food plan to help you achieve your goals. I really look forward to the sessions and have seen a big difference in my body shape. I now do only one thirty minute session a week which keeps me focused and James has also done me a programme to do in the gym by myself which I love(I have never stuck to a gym programme before) and am doing exercise that really target my problem areas. Anyway James is lovely, easy to talk to and knows exactly how to make you push yourself. Thanks Jamesx
