        Modern development in a lovely village with the convenience of Cambridge a short drive away. I would politely suggest that anyone considering purchasing on this site does some research into the East West rail route from Bedford to Cambridge - that infrastructure proposal includes a new Viaduct and diesel train route, and one of those routes, if approved, will be very close to houses in this development
