        I've not really had issues with this post office's service. Staff are neither friendly nor unfriendly, robotic indifference. But my parcels get sent off correctly. Sometimes I've looked up a parcels weight and dimensions online and the price in the post office has been higher which is odd, but not always. Will have to test this again. - Am now dubious of this and will buy online in future. Also opening times can be quite inaccurate on here or online, they're never updated by the owners and can lead to many a wasted journey.
