Dilan is a fantastic PT, I have been working with Dilan for more than 6 months and the achievements are incredible my body has change as well as my mind and way of seen the exercise world, Dilas has educated me no only on how to do exercises but how to eat and how to control myself, Dilan is a very patient and very friendly PT never judges just understand and push your limits, I would highly recommend Dilan to anyone that is looking to improve their fitness and mental health Dilan is your man.

After years of not working out, and heavy long shifts at work I felt like my health was deteriorating and constantly gaining weight. Having experience in the past with working out I tried to get back to exersicing as if I had never stopped, and I was frustrated with the lack of results, if anything I gained weight out of frustration. Having seen some of Dilan's previous results I thought I would give him a try, being my first ever PT I didn't know what to expect and I was very skeptical and didn't feel like my current situation would ever change and that I couldn't reach my goals. Well let me tell you how wrong I was. Dilan found time to meet me at work and and work his time around my schedule which I thought was amazing, it showed that he really cared about his clients and that he was happy to accommodate himself to fit me busy schedule. We spoke about my goals and what I wanted, he was professional and quick with his delivery and I instantly knew I wanted him as my PT. I started seeing results almost instantly, the personalised diet plan (that he changes weekly to keep you excited about your food) and workout plan were perfect and fit my schedule perfectly. 3 months down the line I had lost 14kg, gained muscle mass, and probably the best result of all was the change in my mental health. I feel calmer, more relaxed and happier. Never overlook the benefits working out and exersices will have on your whole body. I went from not knowing if I had time to workout, to working out 6days per week and it still fitting my busy lifestyle I'm stronger, healthier and happier and would recommend Dilan as a PT to everyone at every stage of their health, from complete gym novice to pro athlete.

Dilan is an excellent personal trainer. He really listens to you to understand not only the goals you're trying to achieve, but also the lifestyle you have (including time constraints) and creates programs to suit. This is a really distinctive, positive difference that makes working with Dilan fantastic. Highly recommend working with him!

Dylan was able to assess my situation and goals, providing the best plan to achieve the best results possible. He was able to go through different diet plans and different exercise which would not just benefit my training but also my overall health and body condition.
