Very disappointed. I placed an order online for some shoes for my husbands birthday. I received an email saying that the shoes were out of stock. I responded and requested a refund. The seller has ignored all subsequent correspondence and I had to submit a claim via PayPal for my refund. Extremely disappointing and a company best avoided. ***Edit following response from company. No you did not refund me. I had to raise a dispute with PayPal, who then reimbursed me and took it up with you. I was forced to do this as you declined to respond to my emails. As I said above, very disappointing and a company best avoided.
