        My partner and I recently purchased our first property together through Urban Village Homes. The agent, Natalie, was great from the start of the process until the end - always responsive and helped to make a stressful process far more manageable! Thanks Natalie!

        Suzanne (owner) is an incredibly rude, dismissive and dishonest person if you're a tenant. Genuinely nasty person for no reason, and it really shocked us and other estate agents we spoke to. Unfortunately Rachel and Jordan were also rude (although nowhere near Suzanne's level). Also when we had an urgent problem on a weekend, Urban Village Homes wouldn't help until Monday as our Property Manager wasn't in. So we had to contact our landlord directly, who said they really regretted going with Urban Village as they weren't doing their job properly, and causing them stress and issues that Urban Village should have been dealing with. If you're a landlord or tenant, make sure you stay away from here.
