Argos Dulwich in Sainsbury's

On Thursday I popped into my local Sainsburys stow at East Dulwich dog kennel hill branch & a gentleman served me who was really helpful professional & gave me Excellent Customer Service his name was Ben & went above & beyond his duties looking for a part for my hedge trimmer / Thank You Ben

Went here yesterday with my mum, to collect something. The guy on the counter looked bored out of his mind and didnt say a word to either of us the whole time. All the employees Ive ever interacted with here have been cold and unapproachable. Wouldnt recommend here to my worst enemy

stay well clear of this branch. The manager has no customer service skills. Luckily she was in the store and not on the road else I would have happily rearranged her distasteful face.

I have visited this Argos 15+ times as it is my local, and every single time there was a mopey, angry, looking person behind the counter, with the facial expression of a person who works in a sweatshop. However, yesterday made a change. I was served by young lady call Jade (may be spelt differently). Jade was smiley, happy to help, and full of positivity from the first word to the very last word. I asked Jade if she was new as I had never seen her before at the branch, and let her know what a pleasure it was to deal with her. The other staff members at this branch should take a note of the differences between how Jade handles customers and they themselves do. I would happily have put down five stars for Jade herself however, this review is for the branch which honestly doesnt deserve more than one star. So they can thank Jade for the 4 stars.

It was my first time collecting something at Argos in East Dulwich and personally I feel very dissapointed. I don't think I received the right treatment, when I arrived a young woman with blond hair attended me, she didn't even look at me, her attitude was rude and very serious. I don't think she should be working at customer service because she does not know how to treat people, and she didn't even say bye.
