Purchased a grey paint that was expired in use by date that I discovered when it came out as khaki green, ran back to the shop 20 minutes later and they refused to give me a refund for selling me something clearly out of date and probably exposed to too much heat or cold due to the chemical reaction in the paint. The shop removed my previous post about this to cover themselves. Avoid.

NOTICE for all residents and tradesmen, This shop does not give refunds maybe because all items are over priced, I've brought an item for a customer which was the wrong size and I went back to change it and they didn't have the part I needed so I wanted a refund, They said cannot give me a refund even though I didn't use the item and item is still brand new, please go to B&Q as B&Q will have everything you need at a reasonable price, and if it's the wrong size, if it breaks, if you have it for 2 weeks a month you can always get a refund with your receipt that's the good thing about B&Q in it
